Alanna Jarrott

Alanna Jarrott is a graduate of the prestigious RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia, completing a double degree in Bachelor of Applied Science (Clinical Science) and Bachelor of Chiropractic Science. She has worked in outreach community clinics in Australia and the Philippines. On relocating to Europe, Alanna worked for several years throughout England, Northern Ireland and Scotland. She has had the opportunity to meet and work with some of world’s leading chiropractors and sports professionals. In 2006 Alanna Jarrott established Optimal Health Chiropractic in Edinburgh. Since opening, Optimal Health Chiropractic has made a huge impact on the Edinburgh community and is now one of the busiest and most respected chiropractic health centres in Edinburgh. Alanna Jarrott is registered with the General Chiropractic Council. She is a member of the Scottish Chiropractic Association and the United Chiropractic Association.
Matthew Little
Director
A university-qualified graphic designer, Matthew has a great passion and understanding for chiropractic. Having grown up with a background in health, Matthew’s passion for sports and physical fitness led him to participate at a high level in a range of sporting endeavours. It was while working as a busy graphic designer that Matthew found that, due to the stress and strain placed on his body, he was suffering from chronic migraines. It was only when he consulted a chiropractor that he was able to overcome this debilitating complaint. Matthew’s understanding of the many benefits of chiropractic, coupled with his expert design and marketing background, place him in the ideal position to manage Optimal Health Chiropractic and promote its results and successes. Continuing to put his design background to excellent use, Matthew helps other chiropractors establish strong corporate identities and marketing tools. He works with chiropractors throughout the UK, USA and Australia, creating and consulting on design, advertising and marketing specifically for the chiropractic profession.
