What To Expect

Alanna Jarrott, Doctor of Chiropractic, is a fully registered, fully qualified Chiropractor, having completed a 5 year double-degree at the prestigious RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia.

Neil Cruikshank, Doctor of Chiropractic, is a fully registered, fully qualified Chiropractor, having completed a Masters of Chiropractic degree at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, Wales.

Our Chiropractors at Optimal Health Chiropractic have spent many thousands of hours studying the spine and the nervous system in great detail. They use only safe, gentle and effective techniques to help the spine move better, relieve pain and stiffness, and to help the nervous system function better.

Expect us to take your problems seriously and spend the required time finding the right approach for you.

Expert Diagnosis And Care

We do not guess when it comes to your health.

Optimal Health Chiropractic uses the latest in digital x-ray imaging technology and computerised posture analysis. Specialised equipment has been sourced from all around the world, to provide our patients with the highest standards of Chiropractic care.

All Chiropractors are required to regularly review research papers and journals, attend seminars, and further their education in the field of spinal health.  This ensures the highest standards of safety in Chiropractic care.

At Optimal Health Chiropractic we travel internationally each year with the office team to investigate the latest research, techniques, procedures and equipment to provide you with the best care possible.

Chiropractic is a primary contact health care profession.  This means that a Chiropractor has the skills to diagnose, provide care for and help prevent mechanical disorders of the spine and the effects of these disorders on the functions of the nervous system.

It also means that if the examination results indicate that your particular case would be better helped by another type of care you will be referred to the appropriate health professional.
